Initially, I had my doubts about making this purchase. I got the Box 3 component setup for my 2009 Specialized Globe Vienna 2. Honestly, the entire package is a fantastic deal. I converted my hybrid to a 1x drivetrain. The shifting feels incredibly smooth. Moving through 9 gears with a 38t chainring is a breeze. My hybrid is truly thriving now. I opted for an 11-46 cog rear cassette. Seriously, don’t think twice about giving it a shot. Keep up the awesome work, Box Components Team.

I’m really excited about my new Prime 9 setup!! I picked the 2/3 combo. Shifting gears, whether going uphill or downhill, feels way smoother and more impactful. I can find the right gear way quicker than with the 12-speed I had before, and I’m really enjoying it!

I've taken advantage of their crash replacement service for two derailleurs I've wrecked, which gives me faith that the drivetrain I bought will endure!
